Gastric

Yesterday my gastric attack me in the morning until in the middle of the night. I was like, Ya Allah, aku nak mati ke ? Like seriously, it was painful. I was vomiting three times in a row. Mama brought me to the clinic and the doctor gave an injection and some medicines. Everyday, I must take a lots of medicines. Ahhhh ! Tak suke sehh. Whatever it is, for my own health, I must take it. The doctor told me if I doesn't care about my gastric, maybe it'll be worst like I can get stomach ulcer. One more thing, I need to keep my nutritional care. From now, I need to take care of my health. Haihh, susah lah macam ni.
